My stay was a bit of a mixed bag. The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of everything, but the rooms were a major letdown—they were so dirty that my feet turned completely black. The service, however, was friendly and helpful, even if there were some smoking incidents in the non-smoking area. The dining options were limited, but at least the hotel is close to downtown Gatlinburg. There's definitely potential here, especially with some much-needed improvements.
